Recommenders are asked to write about your accomplishments at work, your strengths and how you compare to peers. They are also asked to describe feedback they have given you and how you have responded.
The specific prompts are below:
Please comment briefly on the context of your interaction with the applicant. If applicable, describe the applicant’s role in your organization. (500 characters)
How do the candidate’s performance, potential, or personal qualities compare to those of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples.
Describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant’s response.
There is also a matrix for them to fill out rating you on leadership, communication and other areas as well as an overall evaluation (best employee, top 5%, top 10% etc).
