I just discovered I got pregnant and I am super excited. However the due day will be around mid-September, and I'm applying for fall enrollment this year.
I'd like to know if the admission office would grant admission deferment in my case. If so, what are the chances?

I think given your pregnancy, this situation is ripe for deferment. This is a school by school decision but I would be pretty surprised if any school rejected your deferment request on this grounds. Congrats on the pregnancy!
