I haven't yet received any decision on my 2 year MBA application at Johnson (November Round applicant). So I think it is a silent waitlist/rejection.
Should I call Johnson and request them to consider me for the 1 year program, if they think I am too old for the 2 year program? Or is it a too much of a desperate measure considering that I haven't heard a decision yet for my 2 year program application?
P.S. I am desperate with 15 interviews, 0 acceptance, 10 dings, 4 waitlists, and 1 still hanging.

While you kind of have nothing to lose here, I'm doubtful they will allow you to apply to 2 programs within the same cycle. I did have a client who was on the Booth WL and she managed to withdraw and apply to the PT program. However I doubt you are interested in that? She lived in Chicago already and kept her job. Somewhat older applicant.
Did you apply to 30 business schools? I'm not sure I understand your numbers. Did you apply to 15?
