Hello,
I got an email today saying that I’m on the waiting list and I have a few questions:
1. What are my chances (applied in round 2)?
2. In the first interview, me and the interviewer had opposite views about a certain semi political issue and I fill that the entire interview was around that and that I was being attacked. At the end of the interview, the interviewer also said that my English isn’t good enough (although I scored a high grade in both the Gmat & the Toefl) and some other comments. In addition, I was asked to send my full application prior to the interview yet the interviewer knew nothing about me and asked me basic and personal questions about myself such as if I am gay. My second interviewer was surprised to hear that I was not yet accepted and said that he/she will reach out to the school and keep me posted.
I really fill that I was discriminated by the first interviewer, do you think I should write an email to the school describing the above and asking for another chance to interview? (I also have a recording of the interview)

First of all, please do not lose hope. Being waitlisted means that INSEAD liked your profile, so you still have high chances of admission
I'm really sorry you had such a negative experience in the first interview. What you went through is by no means a typical interview, and INSEAD specifically asks the interviewers to make interviewees feel comfortable during the entire interview, and of course, not "attack" them.
You could of course contact INSEAD describing your experience, but I don't think asking for another chance to interview would make a difference.
By the way, did you get your interviewer's consent to record the interview? If you didn't, I would be very careful about sharing the recording.
