I have run into an issue with one of my recommendation letters and need some advice on how to proceed.
One of my recommenders faced an issue while filling the form. When she started filling the form, due to some technical issue it skipped a few pages when she clicked on Next. So she started filling up from mid-way, not knowing that she had missed a few pages. She realised this when she got a PDF from INSEAD after submitting the recommendation. So her personal details and some answers on the form are missing.
Whats the way forward to fix this? I had written a mail to the IT service desk ID provided on the portal yesterday, but didn't receive a response. Still waiting to hear back from them. I am a bit worried because my recommender will be on leave from 19th and hence I need to get this fixed before that.
If I change my recommender's email ID to some random ID and then change it back to the actual one, will she get a fresh link to submit a fresh recommendation?
The last ditch option I have is that I ditch this application and start a new one after registering with a new e-mail ID and ask my recommenders to fill the form again (I have good relations with them and they wouldn't have much of an issue doing that).
Thinking of going for the last ditch option. Any thoughts?

I did call them. They asked me to drop a mail to the IT team and the MBA team. Did that too. The MBA team redirected me again to the IT team. So basically the same e-mail ID to whom I had sent my initial mail. Hoping to get a reply today.
Issue sorted. They have refreshed the recommendation link. They probably overlooked my previous email. But when I emailed the admissions team and they in turn diverted it to them, it got resolved promptly.
