Just to add to that, the EEO application process is exactly the same as the regular (PGP) admissions process, in every way.

Thanks GyanOne for the information.

Then agarwal10, you should definitely not apply in EEO.
I started and completed my application in 15 days(I applied with a deferred GMAT Score Submission), and submitted the same. Now, when I look back, I could have definitely submitted a better application.

The application essays are such that they need multiple iterations of revision to portray your image in a decent enough way, and unless that is done in patience, it is very difficult to bring out the best.
