Hi guys, the "Employment" section of HBS' MBA application asks me about the "first position" that I held with my current employer, apart from the current position. In my case, I haven't received any promotions since I joined my current employer two years ago. So my current position is the same as my first position.
Unfortunately, it is mandatory that I fill in the "first position" space in order to be able to complete my application. What do I do?

Afaik you need to be truthful, so list everything as is. Getting promoted or not has little bearing on your application, what matters more are essays, recommendations etc. The school knows that promotion cycles would be different in different industries. Good luck!
