Hi,
I need Urgent Input on my concern. I am 36 Years old with 14 years + experience in HVAC. I have worked in India as well as overseas. I wish to apply for 2021 Batch of HEC montreal in 1 year MBA executive prog. My only roadblock is my 10 year plus experience and age which might filter me out during selection procedure. Can somebody let me know whether my credentials could be acceptable to them??

Yes, You will be odd one out in the batch. But With Your skills Like (leading role, Consulting etc.) in your past organization will help you.
Average age for HEC Montreal is around 32years for executive MBA.
It all depends on your application, how you will mould it, Give best out of this.
