I know its a bit early to be asking this. But as a round 1 admit, I am a bit worried about how this Coronavirus situation would further unfold.
As an international student living in one of the highly affected countries by Coronavirus, if the situation does not get better until June/July, would I be able to (or forced to) request for a deffered admission for next year? The U.S. embassy just announced yesterday that they will suspend visa issuance indefinitely as well.
Anybody with similar concerns?
Posted from my mobile deviceTrue, unprecedented times these, but the next fortnight is critical. All top programs are rejigging classes and schedules a bit. As of now, Fall seems far away, and hopefully things will be back on track by then. In case there are still disruptions, schools will issue instructions well in advance. As online classes are only a limited option, in all probability, deferments will be offered.
