I would like to ask if I can submit my MBA.PM online application first without uploading one transcript from one of the community colleges I attended. The college does not issue electronic transcript, and it's taking much longer than usual for them to mail out official transcript during the pandemic. I will not be able to upload the scanned transcript for this college by the round 5 deadline. Can I update that later on the application once I receive the transcript?
Also, I noticed USC is currently not accepting hard copy transcript. Anyone can please advise how to submit the transcript of this college after I acquire my USC ID number?

I would definitely contact the adcoms. They'll will give you a definite answer. Worst come to shove. Submit it with your non-community college transcripts and then in the optional essay just write an explanation on your community college transcript.
