Hey Guys - As an international applicant, can we apply in the R3 and still be able to get an admission? If so, will I have enough time to get the visa thing sorted?

It's definitely possible but the timeline tight. Unfortunately, you have to confirm school by school if that's going to work for their academic calendar.
The school may not outwardly tell you you can't apply but you could get held up if everything does not go according to plan. That said, we have worked with many international candidates in R3 who have successfully matriculated at US schools, so it is definitely possible.
