Hello!
This year's spike essay - Explain your spike factor (something unique about yourself) that you believe will contribute to the Rotman community and is aligned with Rotman values(diversity, excellence, integrity, respect). How will your spike factor help you succeed as an MBA student and beyond? (up to 1000 words)
My question is, should we focus on just one activity/interest of ours in the spike? - I am a little confused because of the way the question is worded.
Considering that this is 1000 word essay, I am leaning towards the side of calling out multiple interests/activities as part of our spike.
The people who have already applied to Rotman, any thoughts? I have found it really difficult to get a response from the admission committee.
