I'm talking about the form used to self-report the grades (unofficial transcript I think it's called)
Like this for Wharton : https://mba.wharton.upenn.edu/wp-conten ... mplate.xls
For those you already finished their apps, maybe some of them used this form instead of uploading the transcripts directly
