There's nothing on paper that suggests you can or should not apply now. You are scoring a "good" across the board. That being said, as you hinted, you might be better off waiting and improving your profile in all respects. You should consider the following:
(1) Adding another year of experience. That would go a long way in establishing your credentials and likely securing even stronger recommendations assuming you don't switch roles again.
(2) Retaking the GMAT and scoring 30 points higher. For an Indian male, that would be very helpful.
(3) Enhancing your extracurricular activities and leadership efforts. What you have nice is fine, but getting more involved in those things or adding another 1-2 activities would be important.
So, so long as you're not in a rush to apply this year, definitely wait until next year and work on all these enhancements.
