Hey everyone. So what is the process when you don't get invited for a interview. Should you be re-applying or taking some action of some sort?

Well… it is nice of them to clarify.
It sounds like they have already made up their mind and decision for round one. The best you can hope for is getting a waitlist and being reevaluated in round two.
If you get a waitlist, you can submit additional information and advocate for yourself and plead your case. If you get a ding, that’s the end of the road with Ross for this year.
I don’t think you can really do anything until December 8 at this point …

Agreed with bb. You are kind of stuck here. I never understood why they don't just tell candidates in your situation that they are likely to be denied given their interview requirements for admissions.
It actually is possible you could still get an interview in a subsequent round so don't lose all hope but I would apply to other programs or consider options, which may include reapplication for next year.
