As ISB's PGP is not affiliated by AICTE, we receive a certificate instead of a degree/diploma. I just wanted to know what difference will that make? Will job switching/emigrating, etc. be a hassle because of that? How would it compare with an MBA/PGDM?

Yes, ISB isn't affiliated with AICTE or technically recognized as a post-graduate degree. In the domestic or international markets, it doesn't matter as far as job opportunities are concerned. However, ISB is currently only recognized by WES as a post-graduate diploma, which would be only 7 points less than a recognized Master's degree.
