Yes, ISB isn't affiliated with AICTE or technically recognized as a post-graduate degree. In the domestic or international markets, it doesn't matter as far as job opportunities are concerned. However, ISB is currently only recognized by WES as a post-graduate diploma, which would be only 7 points less than a recognized Master's degree.

As far as switching jobs and finding opportunities are concerned, the PGP is at par with an MBA and will not pose a hassle. When it comes to emigration processes as well, there shouldn't be a major disadvantage.
