A fantasy convention is trying to plan entertainment for a two-day festival, in which it will highlight a number of artistry types. Ten performers will be featured each day on two stages. On the first day, the focus is on music, so at least 70% of the first day's performers must be musicians. On the second day, preference is being given to artistic troupes, so no more than three performers can perform individually. Neither day should have more than two performers who are demonstrating the same talent. Departmental members have agreed on a schedule of eight performers each day. That schedule, listing the names along with each performer's talent, is shown in the table:
