The total time to launch Product A = 8 + 4 + 2 + 2 weeks = 16 weeks.
For Product B, Step 1 takes 10 weeks. Therefore, for Product B to be launched at the same time as Product A, Steps 2, 3, 4 must be completed in 6 weeks.
Let's say the time taken for a legal review = T weeks.
We've been told that time taken for legal review = time taken for regulatory review = T weeks.
We've also been told that time taken for Consumer Testing = 2 * T = 2T
Now, 2T + T + T = 6 weeks
or 4T = 6, therefore, T = 1.5 weeks.
Time taken for Consuemr Testing = 2* 1.5 = 3 weeks.
Time taken for Regulatory Review = T = 1.5 weeks.
