Program Manager in Techsol - The situation with our client, WidgetCo, has become complex. We recently learned that WidgetCo may be considering reducing the bonus amount due to certain unfulfilled demands. Firstly, they asked us to implement a highly sophisticated, custom-built security system that, as per our understanding, goes beyond the scope of our original agreement. Second, they requested an accelerated project timeline, expecting completion a full month ahead of the initially agreed schedule. Although we strive to meet our clients' needs, these requests require additional specialized resources beyond what we have at present.
