A bicycle courier makes two consecutive deliveries. From the dispatch center to the first delivery location, the courier rides at a constant speed of 30 kilometers per hour. From the first delivery location to the second, the courier rides at a constant speed of 18 kilometers per hour. The distance from the first delivery location to the second is twice the distance from the dispatch center to the first delivery location. The courier spends a total of 78 minutes riding between the dispatch center and the second delivery location, not including any time spent at the first delivery location.
