Hello! If we look carefully at the graph, then the 2 new added VP are already there: AVP Accounting and AVP Procurement. So, there are 12 B level employees as you said, however, we don't need to add 2.
Now the number of C-Level employees is 2: Manager Inventory and Manager Logistics. Then, we have the ratio 12:2 which is the same as 6:1. So, Q2 part 1 is correct.
