According to the graph, what lead time results in the greatest change in sales over the previous month?
This question is basically asking when the largest change, either up or down, occurred in sales as a function of lead time. Based on the line graph, the biggest change occurred between months 13 and 14, when sales went from just above 3 million to just below 2.5 million. There is a good jump from sales at 5 months to sales at 6 months, but this is only about half a million, whereas the change from 13 to 14 months was definitely more than half a million. There is not much difference between sales at 1 month and sales at 2 months, between 10 months and 11 months, or between 12 months and 13 months.

I believe the answer is E.
The maximum change will be represented by the greater slope of the graph.
The maximum slope elasticity is between 13&14.
