1)Slope of regression line would be 0 since the y coordinates corresponding to x values of 5 & 1 are approximately equal
2)4 = number of products with > than seven was inspection and it is approximately 6.7% of 60, nearest to 10%
3)zero,since the product recalls hardly changes with the number of qa inspections

Hi,

Shouldn't the slope of regression line be positive as the two points given are (1,1) and (7,5), which give us slope 2/3 ??

this shall be for dashed line. the question is asking for solid/regression line.

+1 Slope of regression line must be +ve (As per rules of Coordinate Geometry)

Slope will be 0 for the regression line, as regression line is horizontal , don't confuse it with being the dashed line
