We need least difference between "the percent of tablets that have the paid version" and "the percent of tablets that have the free version".
So essentially, we just need the least difference between the two bars. Model D has the least difference between the two bars.

We need greatest difference between "the percent of tablets that have the paid version" and "the percent of tablets that have the free version".
