Let's rank the months based on normal precipitation with it decreasing. Then consider June and August. Their maximum precipitation is 10.2 and 15.1, respectively. However, if the statement was true then those values shouldn't be increasing. So, the statement is inaccurate.
3. Of the months with an extreme low of 0°C, only one has a normal daily low of less than 8°C. April, October and May are the months with an extreme low of 0°C. Only April has a normal daily minimum less than 8°C (6.1°C). So, the statement is accurate.
