1. The question asks us to find whether the following statements are true or false.

2. The total sales of Laptops in New York across all quarters exceeded 800,000 units. \(Total \ sales = Q1 + Q2 + Q3 + Q4 = 150000 + 170000 + 160000 + 180000 = 660000 < 800000\). So, this statement is false.

3. The sales of Tablets in New York increased by more than 15% from Q1 to Q4. Q1 and Q4 sales were 90000 and 100000, respectively. Then, the relative growth is equal to \(\frac{100000 - 90000}{90000} * 15\% \approx 11.11\% < 15\%\). So, this statement is false.

4. Chicago sold more units of Smartphones in Q4 than New York sold of Smartphones in Q2. The two values are 140000 and 120000, respectively. 140000 > 120000. So, this statement is true.
