For the first statement, the graph gives only percentage changes, not the actual numbers of passengers. Therefore, we cannot determine whether international passenger traffic was greater than or less than domestic passenger traffic.
For domestic traffic from 2016 through 2018:
0.97 * 1.07 * 0.96 corresponds to changes of -3%, +7%, and -4%. The product is just slightly less than 1, so domestic passenger traffic essentially stayed the same over the period (the actual decrease is less than 1%).
For international traffic:
0.92 * 0.97 * 1.02 corresponds to changes of -8%, -3%, and +2%. The product is clearly less than 1, so international passenger traffic decreased substantially over the period (the actual decrease is about 9%).
Therefore, international passenger traffic decreased by a larger percentage than domestic passenger traffic.

For two changes, a and b: Net change = a + b + (ab/100)
For the first question, we don't really have the actually number of passengers. We only have the relative change in the number of passengers. That eliminates option 1 and 2.
Now to compare between 3 and 4 options, net change across a, b and c years (2016,2017 and 2018) would be = a+b+(ab/100) + c + ((ac +bc)/100) + (abc/10000)
Now even if we ignore the fractional elements, net change of international would roughly be -8-3+2=9% while that of domestic would be -3+7-4= nearly 0% change. Thus, we can immediately see that international decreased by a larger percentage than domestic.
For the second question:
-8-3+2+6-7+4=-6% But because there are successive changes, the cumulative answer isn't exactly 6%. The compounding pushes the figures to something a little more than 6. This pushes the figures to more than 6 but still not too much . Hence 7%.
