Main confusion for me here is how to read this graph? As per my understanding, vertical of say 2024 = start of 2024 year and end of 2024 before 2025 starts....I am calculating my answers like that only.

We revised the graph and the accompanying text to make this clearer. Each labeled year represents the beginning of that year, so the section between 2024 and 2025 represents the change during 2024.

ans 1: 2021: # bikes: bw 10&20k , 2022: bw 20 &30k, 2023: bw 40&50k, 2024: bw 70&80k-> hence first year where production> 65k is 2024
ans 2: 2025: model 4&5 relevant points on y axis-> start point 40k and end ~=82k and hence answer is 45000
