First of all, we should start with the percentage of customers who reported "never" using self-checkout. Since we are looking for exactly 80% of customers who use self-checkout at least a certain frequency, we need to add the percentages starting from “never” until we reach 20%.
The remaining 80% will then represent the customers who use self-checkout at least that frequency.

Under 30) "Never" is 4%, "Rarely" is 8%, "Sometimes" is 18% ⭢ we cannot obtain exactly 20%.

30-49) "Never" is 7%, "Rarely" is 13% ⭢ the sum is 20%, which means that exactly 80% of customers uses self-checkout at least sometimes.

50 or older) "Never" is 15%, "Rarely" is 20% ⭢ we cannot obtain exactly 20%.


Answer: "customers ages 30-49", "sometimes"

how do you determine the answer is sometimes? why not rarely, since 7% (never) + 13% (sometimes) = 20% ?
