Hi Sajjad1994

I have a doubt on the first part of the question

Considering the slope of line as 6.8x & substituting ROC as 0.39 (39%)

Gives 2.652x as EV/capital

Then how was the answer to question 1 '2x' instead of '3x'

Please explain

A radio is no more than 3.0 if it is no more than 2.0.
The slope of the dash line is 8.0 and the slop of the solid line is about 7.2.
