1. Part 1. We need to find at what percent of men does the line accurately predict the results. 2. To see this, we can mark the distances of each point to the line - this marks how effective the line is. As we can see, above 60% the line is quite close to the points.
3. Part 2. The question asks to find for which point the percentage of men differs from women. 4. The y = x line represents 0 difference between the two. So, the farther away the point is from this line, the larger the difference between the two percentages. It can be seen that Portugal is the farthest away.
