Following is a memo between Rachel Gutierrez, head of the Admissions office for Syrandon College for 20 years, and Vice President Alyson Sho, who was brought in to Syrandon after short administrative tenures at two state universities.

I have some sobering news. I have just run the numbers and our in-state undergraduate admissions are down by 25% from 2010. As you may know, many of our in-state freshmen are legacies who follow their parents or older siblings to Sarandon. Since, by contrast, out-of-state undergraduate admissions tend to be transferred into Syrandon, our strongest relationships are with our in-state undergraduate students, and the majority of our alumni were in-state undergraduates. I fear this lowered percentage will have a noticeable impact on our alumni sponsorship down the road, which is crucial, as we are a small private college dependent upon our alumni to fund special projects not covered by tuition.
I recommend a more aggressive recruiting program, so we can hopefully make up the missed numbers of in-state graduates next year. I am attaching a graphic to better illustrate the breakdown of our admissions for 2011.

Since this value does not return an integer for number of students, this answer is incorrect. So the answer for 200 is No.

For example : 100 when reduced by 25% gives you: 75
However, when you increase 75 by 25%, you get 93.75.
