Whole numbers between 100 & 200 (Exclusive) = 199-101+1=99
Squares of another integer between 100 &200 = 121, 144,169,196 = 4
Required= 99-4=95

The whole numbers between 100 and 200 consist of 101, 102, 103 ... 199, and thus include 99 numbers. Of these, four numbers are equal to the square of another integer: 121, 144, 169, and 196, because \(121 = 11^2, 144 = 12^2, 169 = 13^2,\) and \(196 = 14^2.\) Notice that \(10^2 = 100\) and \(15^2 = 225\) fall outside the specified range. This leaves \(99 – 4 = 95\) whole numbers that are not the square of an integer.
