If the value of (x – y)(x + y) is 15, then what is the value of x/y ?
(1) x – y = 3
(2) x + y = 5
(1) x – y = 3
(2) x + y = 5

Given (X-Y)(X+Y) = 15. X/ Y = ?
St 1 : X-Y = 3 then X+Y becomes 5. We have 3 equations and 2 variables, we can find the Value of X and y and hence sufficient.
St2: X+Y =5, then X-Y = 3. We have 3 equations and 2 variables, we can find the Value of X and y and hence sufficient.
