If  \frac{a - b}{c }> 0 , is  c < 0 ?

(1)  a^2 < b^2

(2)  \frac{b}{c} < \frac{a}{c}

(a-b) & c have the same sign (1) a^2 < b^2 |a| < |b| (a-b) will depend on sign of b Since sign of b is unknown sign of c is also unknown NOT SUFFICIENT (2) \frac{b}{c} < \frac{a}{c} This expression is same as \frac{(a-b)}{c }> 0 which is already provided NOT SUFFICIENT IMO E
