The question data tells us that m is an integer. This way, we do not have to worry about fractions when we interpret statement II.
From statement I alone, 2m = 10. This means m = 5. Is m a prime number? YES.
Statement I alone is sufficient to answer the question with a definite YES. Answer options B, C and E can be eliminated. Possible answer options are A or D.
From statement II alone, 3<m<6. This means m = 4 or m = 5. Is m a prime number? NO and YES.
Statement II alone is insufficient to answer the question with a definite NO or YES. Answer option D can be eliminated.
The correct answer option is A.
