IMO:
105 = 21 * 5 = 3 * 7 * 5 = 1 * 3 * 5 * 7
1) Not sufficient: F could be 1, 5 or 7. Only 5 and 7 are primes.
2) Not suffient: All factors are less than 10
1) + 2) together: No new information is gained. Also insuffient

1. Even if it is not divisible by 3, it could be divisible by both 5 and 7, Therefore, it is not necessary that it is a prime/not a prime. Therefore, insufficient
2. If it is less than 10, then F is definitely a prime. This is because 3*7, 3*5, 5*7 are all >10. Therefore it has to be a prime if it is less than 10. Therefore this option is sufficient.
