If we look at the first one, it is :
25x+15y= 155
which is basically y=(31-5x)/3
multiple solutions NOT SUFFICIENT.
Moving towards the next one
x+y<10
Again NOT SUFFCIENT
And lastly if we combine both , It still would churn out multiple solutions.
