(1) In the figure, the area of quadrilateral \(ABCD\) is 75.
(2) In the figure, the sum of the areas of \(ABCD\) and \(EFGH\) is 246.

What is the area of parallelogram EFGH ?
Pre-thinking: If we know the value of x, or somehow calculate the value of (x+7)(x+3), we can answer the question.
(1) Only
Because we do not know if the line with the length of 5√2 is perpendicular to AC, we cannot calculate x.
Not sufficient
