How many degrees is angle c?
(1) b is a right angle.
(2) a + b = 131°

We know \(a+b+c=180\)
(1) b is a right angle.
So \(a+c = 90\), we don't know \(a\) hence we cannot find \(c\)
INSUFF.
(2) a + b = 131°
We know \(a+b+c =180 \)
\(c= 180- 131=49\)
SUFF.
