Z can be 7 or -7.
Statement I alone is not sufficient.
Reject A and D
Statement II: z<1/z
This applies when z <0.
e.g. -7<-1/7
But we cannot certainly derive value of z from statement II.
Statement II alone is not sufficient.
Combining statement I and statement II
z is <0 and z can be -7.
Z is -7.
