231 = 11*3*7
(1) qr = s + (s - 1)
--> 3*7 = 11 + (11 - 1)
--> qr + s = 21 + 11 = 32 --> Sufficient.
(2) q < r < s
--> q = 3 ; r = 7 ; s = 11
--> qr + s = 3*7 + 11 = 32 --> Sufficient.
