Hello , it is my earnest request to all of you to evaluate my profile and give me a suggestion on the top US MBA schools from which I can get an admit.
Demographics
Nationality : Indian
Male
Age:23
GMAT 1 : 510 (Q39,V21,AWA : 4)
GMAT: 620(Q48,V27, AWA: Score not yet available)
Education
Electronics & Telecommunication Graduate from Pune university (highly recognized), Sinhgad College of Engineering(A- Grade institution).
Work Experience
Current: Working in a US IT MNC as a Software Developer since last 17 months (i.e approx 1 and a half year).
Profile and Plan :
I am planning to work for one more year so that my work experience would be nearly 27 months i.e approx 2 and half years. Thus I am planning to apply for the B - schools in August 2012
Please let me know whether this score, in addition to my work experience, is enough to land me in a 20th to 25th ranked US university such as Indiana University , Ohio University or the Rice University.
If you need more detail, please let me know.

Get a job in a top financial firm as a Marketing Manager and to head the Marketing division of the firm after a couple of years.

Here is a brief evaluation:
GMAT - a bit on the lower side, but not something that should kill all hopes. A lot of US B-schools around the 20-25 rank range could go with this, provided the other factors (acads, work ex) map up well.
Work experience - At around 17 months now and 27 months you join, your work ex will definitely by in the lowest quartile of applicants. The average is around 6-8 years for these universities. Also, being an IT applicant, you will have to work hard at your story to distinguish yourself in the IT applicant pool.
Post MBA goals - While it is ok to aim for being a marketing manager post your MBA, aiming to head the marketing division in just two years post that is unrealistic, unless you work for a small start-up rather than a large organization.
Academics - Cannot really comment unless I know about your undergrad performance/awards
EC - Cannot comment as you have not mentioned anything in this regard
My advice - Aim to take the GMAT again and get your score in the 650+ (ideally as close to 700 as possible) range. That will improve your competitiveness at many B-schools. Also try to stack up your EC front, assuming there is not much there yet.
