I am computer science engineer working with a reputed Indian MNC. I have low academic score in the range 60-70% throughout my school and college.
I have managed to score a good CGPA in the 5 month company training program 4.5 over a scale of 5.
i have managed to find some contacts and have decided to go about like following:
a short research internship at indian embassy in uzbekistan and study the india-uzbekistan trade relations
i know a professor at harvard, probably i can try get some short research opportunity under his guidance
my cousin has a start up for which i can write articles related to world and indian economy
another cousin is working with visa who can help me with some research paper or probably we can write a book related to banking.
apart from this i have an NGO idea which i will be able to implement in another 3 years.
I have studied from one of the best schools and colleges in india.
I am looking forward to applying in the fall of 2015.
with a good score of 700+,with all these things in hand will i be able to realistically apply to good universities like wharton, kellog, tuck, may be harvard....?
also i have good extra curriculars in college... like sponsorship committee head, media coordinator, technical coordinator... etc etc.....
