I am getting the updates of all the comments / posts made in the schools which I have added on profile in my messages and replies section. How do I turn it off?
For example, I have added MIT Sloan in my profile and for some reason I am getting updates from topics such as "Calling all MIT LGO Applicants: (2017 Intake) Class of 2019!!" and "Calling all MIT Sloan MBA Applicants: (2017 Intake) Class of 2019!!". Any new topic or any new reply on the added school's forum is shown in my Messages and Replies section because of which I am not able to focus on the more relevant messages and replies on topics which I have raised or on topics on which I have commented. I want to stop all messages from schools' forums.
Any help on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Hm.... best way is probably to unfollow the school
Go to the school's page: https://gmatclub.com/forum/sloan-185/ and see if you are following it. If you are, click unfollow. Here is a quick screenshot:
