Hi Gmatclub,
I originally posted in the "Ask GMAT expert" section.
Yesterday I purchased the the
magoosh premium package ($149.99) from gmatclub's marketplace (link:
https://gmatclub.com/coupon-codes-and-d ... nt?fl=menu). On the marketplace page it states: "Bonus from GMAT Club is available to anyone who signs up with a
Magoosh course priced above $149 and includes access to the
GMAT club tests for 6 months ($250 value)", and I was told to enter the the GMAT prep company, my full name, email and gmatclub username details.
After doing all of this, when I click Gmatclub quizzes, it still says I don't have a subscription... I am not sure if this is a bug, or if I missed a step.
I also emailed the gmatclub customer support, where the only response I got was:
"Hello from GMAT Club.
Please visit the page you have seen offer for free
GMAT Club tests and follow the instructions there.
Thank you
GMAT Club Support."
Which was not very helpful at all (I already paid and followed the steps mentioned)
Please advise, this is getting frustrating.
