When we select filters on error log, the URL is not updated (remains: https://gmatclub.com/forum/ucp.php?i=er ... =error_log). Only when we choose a page, then the URL get's populated with the filter options.
I usually go the last page to do the oldest Qs first. I often refresh that filtered error log page so that the recently done Q is removed from the bottom of the list to the top. This approach works fine while working with one source. However, it leads to some confusion while switching the source to work on Qs from another source.
1) You put some filters (i.e. Official Guide + 600 + SC) and your URL looks like this: https://gmatclub.com/forum/ucp.php?i=er ... &start=180
2) Then you change the source (i.e. Official Guide to Verbal Review 2020 and 600 to 700) while keeping other filters the same (SC), and start doing some Qs. VR2020 + OG + SC just has one page, so you really choose a page. Hence, the URL doesn't get updated with the new filter options.
3) When you refresh, EL takes you back to the old source (OG + 600 + SC) instead of staying at VR2020 (VR2020 + 700 + SC).
4) If you doesn't notice this issue, then you could end up doing Qs from the old source.
Update the URL whenever the filters are selected.

Simplified Use Case:
1) In error log, select the following filters: SC + 700 + Verbal Review 2020. It gives just one page, so the URL can't be updated, which is only selected when a page is selected.
2) Redo the oldest question from the bottom of the page.
3) Refresh the page in order to move the previously attempted Q from bottom of the queue to the top.
4) Filters are lost. Hence one needs to selected the filters again.
