Hi All
I had used the Official Practice Tests 1&2 only once in the month of June 2020. Today I thought of resetting the Official Practice Tests 1 & 2 but had weird observations. "Weird" is an understatement. It is rather annoying.
a) It was last Sunday (18th Oct 2020) I was able to see the scores of my tests. But today (24th Oct 2020), it is empty
b) Reset link is available. After clicking on "Yes" to confirm the reset, the page is not loading correctly
c) I tried this multiple times (i.e resetting- confirming by clicking Yes - refreshing the page) nothing happened. On a contrary I started getting messages (I dont remember the exact words) that I will not be able to register for new GMAT exams as I have used all attempts
. This message kept on showing for 5 to 7 minutes. History exam was not getting displayed in that 5 to 7 minutes time frame.
(c) is resolved but (a) and (b) is still happening.
Edit: (a) and (b) seems to be resolved now
I tried calling the GMAC India helpdesk, but after dialing the number i get to hear "the number doesn't exist
Is anybody else also facing this issue? Or know what is the workaround? Or know what is the correct GMAC India helpdesk number?
