Hi folks
I recently faced a technical issue on the official GMAT Prep platform - The question order kept resetting for me for both quant and verbal sections! The timer would continue working properly though. I have also come across this issue on another post or two on the forum.
GOOD NEWS is that I do have the solution to this problem. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT press any button other than next once the test starts.
Do not press the bookmark or flag button
Do not press the timer hide button
Do not press any button
This is the only way to avoid the question reset (which also triggers a reset in difficulty level of the questions).
This is a major bug on the new platform and needs to be reported to GMAC by everyone.
Hope the solution helps you guys too just like it helped me!
