Hi bb,
When I go to any post and click on the option for Bookmark at the top right corner, both the options for 'giving kudos' and 'bookmark' pops up for us to choose. Or when we go down at the bottom of the post and hover on the 'Kudos' option, the 'bookmark' option pops up as well (along with Kudos option).
Problem : On selecting just the Bookmark option, the question is automatically considered as the one which has been given the Kudos (by me) and gets added on to the list of Kudos given by me in my profile.
Moreover, When I go back to the same post again, now the Bookmarks number has increased by 1 but the Kudos number stays the same, even though it shows that I had given the Kudos to that particular post in my profile. I have attached screenshots for better understanding.
Probable Resolution : The Kudos shouldn't be given away when just the 'Bookmark' option is being clicked, and even if a Kudos is given, it should be added to the Kudos number being shown above the post (along with the no. of bookmarks).
PS - The Platform has been really helpful in my GMAT journey so far and when I came across this issue, thought that it's my responsibility to bring it up. The Error Log, Bookmarks, Kudos feature is really helpful to bifurcate the question types I would look at in the eleventh hour of the exam (due in 5 weeks).

Thank you so much for bringing this up and I’m sorry about the inconvenience. This is currently how the system was intended to work and how it was built so it’s technically not a bug but if future that perhaps isn’t convenient in this case.
I am not sure that I have a great solution for you meanwhile…. 😢
